general, Physical Therapy is covered by your health insurance.
We participate with most insurance plans, as well as personal
injury and motor vehicle accident cases. If you don't have insurance,
or your insurance does not cover the treatments, you can take
advantage of our 30% “immediate pay” discount. Payment
plans are available through Care Credit or in house for those

Average Costs
The average first visit ranges from $90 to $150 depending upon
the complexity of your condition.
Additional visits usually range from $40 to $90 depending upon
the complexity of your condition.
Receive a 30% discount for paying your bill in full at the time
of service or we can bill your insurance directly.
Financial hardship may qualify you for additional discounts.
Private Insurance
Before arriving, call your insurance provider and ask for your
deductible, coinsurance or co pay, the allowed number of visits
and whether a referral is necessary. If Medicare, remember to
also call your secondary insurance.
Worker's Compensation
Bring your case number, case manager's name, and your employers
contact information to your first appointment.
Auto Insurance
Bring your case number and insurance company contact information
to your first appointment.
Attorney Lien
Bring your attorney's contact information.
