Recovery after a major surgery can be difficult and sometimes painful.
Learning what to look for and what to expect pre or post-operatively
can greatly reduce complications. Educating yourself in these areas
will help you to get better faster.
During these classes you will be provided with helpful tips and
activity modifications that will decrease your pain and increase
your recovery. Family members are encouraged to attend.

Weekend Warrior Injury Prevention
Class:
As different seasons approach, many of us find ourselves 'out of
shape' for the season. Weekend Warrior activities include, but are
not limited to: gardening, painting, raking, snow shoveling, golfing,
bowling, softball, skiing, or just plain old 'cleaning the gutters.'
Often times come Monday morning, we find ourselves in pain.
During these classes you will be provided with helpful tips and
activity modifications that will decrease your pain and increase
your recovery after a long, fun-filled weekend!

Athletic Injury Prevention Class:
In our society, children are participating in multiple sports at
a young age. This places physical demands on their bodies which
can lead to overuse and injuries.
During these classes you and your child will be provided information
on common sports injuries, and education on early detection and
injury prevention.
